Kampfgruppe Stahlkrieger are always seeking enthusiastic new members that comfortably fit within the period of living history which we portray.
Unlike most groups, our main portrayal is that of the Ostfront July 1943 which allows the public a different perspective to the greater conflict outside of the Overlord invasion.
Kampfgruppe StahlKrieger are a dedicated group of living historians who share a deep passion for WWII history as such, Kampfgruppe Stahlkrieger depict the front-line troops of the Waffen SS and auxiliary units.
We are committed to achieving the utmost accuracy in our living history portrayals while maintaining a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere that ensures our members remain engaged both during beyond the reenactment season.
Reenactment can be physically challenging, involving participation in both public and private battles, as well as dedicated training events. Nevertheless, our members consistently give their all, which is why we are ranked among the best.
Our membership rates are competitive, giving full public liability insurance for every event we attend and we also have discounts for families.
Members are expected to be able to drive and attend shows they are attending. Due to logistics, we are not able to arrange travel to shows.
For WWII vehicle owners, we offer complimentary membership and insurance, and we aim to transport your equipment to shows free of charge or at the most competitive haulage rates. Consider joining us!

If the cost of uniforms and kits is a concern, rest assured. We can connect you with top vendors offering very reasonable prices. Additionally, we have an extensive stock of surplus equipment available for loan or purchase at significantly reduced prices. Our motto is "Keep it in the family!"
We do not conform to the stereotype of being six feet tall, with blonde hair and blue eyes, and rather portray the average Waffen SS member after long, hard years of stuggle. which includes veterans and new conscripts alike.
