The Panzergrenadiers are the core of Kampfgruppe Stahlkrieger, an elite and battle-hardened force.
These Grenadiers have engaged in all significant campaigns of the Leibstandarte, from the initial victories in Poland (1939), through the loss and subsequent recapture of Kharkov (1943), the conflicts in Normandy (1944), to the doomed Ardennes offensive (1944/45). The Leibstandarte's war concluded amidst the rubble of Berlin and in Steyr, Austria (1945).
Our Grenadiers hail from diverse backgrounds, encompassing both veteran re-enactors and fresh recruits.
Within our ranks, we boast a number of German speakers and former military personnel. Several members have also contributed to film and documentary productions.
